The problem

Thank you for taking the time to visit the Together Redcliffe website. As a resident of Redcliffe Gardens, I'm sure you have also become frustrated by the persistent and ongoing issues with dampness, mould, and water causing significant problems within the apartments. These, compounded with other maintenance issues, have made living at the site increasingly difficult.

Who are we?

We are leaseholders at the site who have become increasingly concerned over time about the decline of the Redcliffe Gardens estate and the long-term risk to the value of our properties. In response, we have started Together Redcliffe so that we can work towards improving conditions.

Initially, we are looking to reform the Redcliffe Gardens Residents Association to explore how we can achieve better value for money on the site and apply pressure to/review the standards of the existing management company.
